  12. 1 fresh yellow habanero chile, seeded and stemmed
  13. 1 yellow tomato, roughly chopped
  14. 3 papayas, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped (3 cups)
  15. 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  16. 2 tbs fresh lime juice
  17. 1 tbs unseasoned rice wine vinegar
  18. 1 tbs water
  19. 1 tsp sugar
  20. 1/4 tsp salt
  21.  
  22. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
  23. Suggestions: serve with seafood (lobster) or grilled chicken
  24. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
